Lynn Chisnell - V.P. of Finance & Operations

Lynn joined Price Self Storage as Controller in 2006, bringing 30 years' of experience as Controller/V.P. of Finance for the full-service advertising industry. In 2008 she was promoted to V.P. of Finance & Operations to oversee all day-to-day functions Companywide. During her tenure, the Company has continued to experience positive growth and top position in the self-storage marketplace, providing long-term career opportunities to its employees and exceptional storage products to its customers. Lynn is also a member of the CSSA.

Ryan Majors – Los Angeles Regional Manager

Ryan began his career in storage in 2004, as a floating assistant manager at U-Store-It. Ryan received high honors for his sales abilities over the phone. In 2006, he was promoted to site manager. Ryan joined Price Self Storage in 2008 as a facility manager in San Diego. He was soon promoted to Sales Training and Marketing Manager, focusing his attention on streamlining the phone sales process Companywide, and acting as point man for various marketing campaigns. In 2010, Ryan accepted the challenge of managing one of Price's largest facilities, and now supervises all facilities in the Los Angeles region.

Mick Hanes – Inland Empire Regional Manager

Mick Hanes began his self-storage career in 2004 as a General Manager for U-Store-It, LLC. During his tenure with USI he was selected as part of the first ever AMP program where he was educated in Financials, Operations, Marketing and Facility Services. Upon completion, he was promoted to Area Manager and assisted in the management of 14 Southern California facilities. In 2007 he was nominated and won the quarterly and annual All Star Award for field personnel. Mick joined the Price Self Storage Team in July 2010 and worked closely with the Inland Empire staff until his promotion to Regional Manager in 2012.

Shannon Smith – San Diego Regional Manager

Shannon joined Price Self Storage as Accounts Payable Specialist in 2008. She organized and restructured the payables for all 13 facilities. She improved vendor relations and streamlined expenses, looking for every way to save the company money as well as find quality services and products. During the 6 years in her role as Accounts Payable Specialist, Shannon studied the self-storage industry and gained valuable knowledge of management and operations. With the influence and support from her co-workers, she was promoted to San Diego Regional Manager in 2015. Shannon has come to this new career opportunity with a different approach than most, adjusting well to the differences between working in the corporate office and that of operating in the field. Shannon continues to challenge herself, working to modernize the facilities in San Diego, as well as unify the regions.

Brian Rankin – Controller

Brian began his career with Price Self Storage in 2006, after earning a B.S. degree in Finance from San Diego State University. Brian is well versed in industry financial and accounting practices, having started with the Company as a staff accountant/payable clerk then an assistant-controller, and ultimately Controller in 2012 where he has been instrumental in forming financial and accounting strategies.
