As part of our commitment to Storage Made Simple®, we offer FREE Concierge Service* if you need to rent your unit right away. We understand that circumstances may prevent you from visiting our facility before you rent your unit. That’s okay; we’re here to help.
Simply call the facility to request Concierge Service. It’s as easy as answering a few questions about the items you need to store. Our staff of storage experts helps you determine the right size unit for your storage needs.
Once a unit is selected, we begin the rental process by taking your information over the phone. A rental agreement is prepared and is ready for you to sign when the truck arrives at your home or business. You are required to sign the agreement prior to unloading your belongings. The process is fast and easy.
How Much Does Concierge Service Cost?
Concierge Service is absolutely FREE of charge, and is available at select Price Self Storage locations. Whether you need personal or business storage for a short or extended period of time, our goal is to provide you with excellent customer service. We want to make the rental process quick and easy, that’s why there’s never a charge for concierge service.
