Tenant Referral Program
We are pleased to offer, our valued customers, a referral fee for every friend of your who rents a space at any of our locations. Recommend a friend or family member to Price Self Storage and we will give them a discount on their first month's rent. You, in return, will receive a $50 check in the mail or $50 credit towards your next month's rent. Just fill out one of our Referral Cards at the rental office, or take some to hand out to anyone you know who is in need of storage. It's that easy!

Apartment Rental Agent Referral Program
Here's a familiar scenario; a new tenant's moving van arrives and while moving into their new apartment, they find all of their lifelong possessions simply do not fit. Price Self Storage can assist your tenants by providing storage for those certain items they just can't part with.

The Referral Program allows your tenants to rent at our facility at a reduced rate and offers free use of our truck and driver to assist with moving in. For every tenant of yours whom you refer to us and rents from us, we will give you a $50 referral fee!

We will provide you with brochures and flyers, which you can enclose in your move-in packages and/or distribute to your existing tenants. We also have a brochure holder/display that can be placed in your apartment community rental office.

To extend our gratitude, we would like to provide your clients with a discount on their first month's rent. You, in return, will receive a $50 check in the mail.

Employee Referral Program - A Benefit To Your Employees
This program allows your employees to lease a unit at one of our facilities with a discount. It also allows first-time customers FREE use or our Truck and Driver to move into their new unit.
