Lynn Chisnell - V.P. of Finance & Operations
Lynn began her storage career as the Controller. After 2 years, she was promoted to V.P. of Finance & Operations overseeing the day to day operations of the stores, working with the staff and area managers in maintaining excellence in customer service and top notch properties that the Price Self Storage offers to its customers and employees. Lynn also manages the financial operations so the company can continue to grow and provide long-term career opportunities to its employees. Lynn is also a member of the CSSA.

David Ackerschott - San Diego Area Manager
David began his career as a Site Manager 11 years ago. After 2 1/2 years he was promoted to Regional Manager for Extra Space Storage were he was responsible for 13 properties in the Inland Empire. David won the honor of Regional Manager of the Year while working for Extra Space Storage. David transferred to the software side of Self storage and worked as the Program Manager for Centershift. While working at Centershift, David became Price Self Storage's Program Manager. David worked hand in hand with Price making sure their transition over to Centershift Store was a smooth one. David decided to return to the management side of self storage and is currently working as the San Diego Area Manager for Price Self Storage.

Michelle Monroy - Los Angeles Area Manager
Michelle began her career as Area Manager in May of 2008. She supervises 6 sites in the Southern California area. Her responsibilities include overseeing the management teams and staff at each site and maintaining the high standards of each property. With 30 years of experience in the retail industry, a number one priority for Michelle is to develop excellent customer service within her locations. She has found that by placing individuals which are highly motivated and of exceptional standards in her location she is able to create an experience that surpasses the normal self storage experience.
