Lynn Chisnell - V.P. of Finance & Operations
Lynn began her storage career as the Controller. After 2 years, she was promoted to V.P. of Finance & Operations overseeing the day to day operations of the stores, working with the staff and regional managers to maintain excellent customer service and top notch properties that Price Self Storage offers to its customers and employees. Lynn also manages the financial operations so the company can continue to grow and provide long-term career opportunities to its employees. Lynn is also a member of the CSSA.

David Ackerschott - San Diego Regional Manager
David began his career as a Site Manager 11 years ago. After 2 1/2 years he was promoted to Regional Manager for Extra Space Storage were he was responsible for 13 properties in the Inland Empire. David won the honor of Regional Manager of the Year while working for Extra Space Storage. David transferred to the software side of self storage and worked as the Program Manager for Centershift. While working at Centershift, David became Price Self Storage's Program Manager. David worked hand in hand with Price making sure their transition over to Centershift Store was a smooth one. David decided to return to the management side of self storage and is currently working as the San Diego Regional Manager for Price Self Storage.

George Rubio - Los Angeles Regional Manager
George began his Self-Storage career 18 years ago as a Site Manager for Shurgard Storage. He was quickly promoted to Area and District Manager operating 12-18 Sites during his 8 years with Shurgard Storage. His experience with Shurgard was not limited to the Operations.  He assisted in the product development and launch of the Shurgard To Go and Shurgard Kiosk product lines. During this time, he also represented the Seattle Operations group in Property Acquisitions, New Site development and rent-up.  Through these diverse experiences with Shurgard, George took his management skills to a variety of retail industries for the next 9 years. The Regional Manager position with Price Self Storage has brought him back to the industry that he knows and loves. George is looking forward to creating a winning team for the LA Market with Price Self Storage through team management, pride of product and great customer service to all of the Price Self Storage Customers.
