...I am really impressed with the experience I have had with Price Self-Storage. I have been there almost a year and have no regrets. I have recommended this facility many times. Great rates, service and safety of my stored goods... Every time I come to the facility to repack boxes etc, the place is always clean and the staff helpful and friendly. It's great to have a positive experience with a business when so many times in S. CA it's not like that. I have had a very poor experience with Public Storage in the past and dreaded what could go wrong with Price. Happily, it's one of the businesses I deal with I can always count on.

The manager was the person assisting at the time I was looking for a storage place. Her service over the phone was magnificent. When I went to see her in person to get my storage she was very helpful assisting through the rules, rates, types of storages and etc. Unlike other managers/customer service rep., she has a great memory remembering her customer's name, which really makes me feel that I'm being served. I'm very impressed with her service and the service of other reps.

I have to say, I was in a bit of a bind last September, and I needed a place to store my excess stuff. (I had just sold my house and was in the process of moving into a townhouse.) Before I selected Price Self Storage, I did some checking around with other storage facilities. During that time, I received an advertisement in the mail from your company. I made a couple of phone inquires before I made my final decision. Your manager spent some time with me on the phone, did follow-up phone calls and set-up an appointment with me.
